Irrigation Technician
Our Irrigation Technician would be in charge of system start-ups, winterizations of systems and daily repairs and maintenance to our commercial properties systems. They mainly work alone unless assistance is needed. Would have new work daily as repairs come in constantly. Sometimes the technicians will drive around a look through properties to make sure all systems have proper coverage. In winter plowing/ shoveling are options too if wanting to work year round. Experience is not required but is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Report to work at the designated time and location
- Able to problem solve
- Some irrigation repairs and maintenance experience
- Able to call our suppliers to order parts
- Reliable transportation to job site/office
- Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Able to lift 60 pounds of weight frequently throughout the work day
- Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting.
- Able to bend and stoop repeatedly throughout the workday to complete assigned job tasks
Certified Pesticide Applicator
The certified Pesticide applicator must be certified in A/E/P categories or willing to get certified. Once certified they will be asked to go to commercial properties that need weeds sprayed, grass fertilized, pests sprayed for. We have properties that need weekly maintenance and then properties that request maintenance for different situations. Must be able to communicate with others. In winter plowing/ shoveling are options too if wanting to work year round. Experience is not required but is preferred.

- Clean driving record
- Report to work at the designated time and location
- Certified in A/E/P or willing to get certified in those areas, we pay ½ of the fees
- Reliable transportation to job site/office
- Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Able to lift 60 pounds of weight frequently throughout the work day
- Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting.
- Able to bend and stoop repeatedly throughout the workday to complete assigned job tasks
Laborer
Our teams of laborers are asked to do many different task throughout the day. They are outside performing jobs such as building retaining walls, planting plants/ trees, building hardscapes, top dressing rock and mulch, and cleaning up properties. Our goal is to always make our properties look the best they can look, and we depend on our laborers to help us do that. Must work well with others and have good communication skills. Experience is not required but is preferred.
